The existing housemates are all friendly ( 4 females & 1 male) professionals that work in the local area and would be pleased to have a like minded person to  house share and socialise with.

The house is in a quiet/safe street with off-street parking for 2 vehicles; there is ample free on-street parking too.

The room is subtly decorated to suit all tastes and are fully furnished with an Ottoman double bed (with under-bed storage) orthopedic mattress, bedside cabinet, reading lamp, chest of drawers.  There is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a full length mirror. There is also a desk with an office chair.

Your Space

This large double room is at the rear of the house on the ground floor and has its own private entrance to the rear garden. This room has its own en-suite  bathroom. The room also gets the afternoon sun which makes it a light and airy space.

High pressure 24/7 hot water is available to all housemates.

The house has high speed Virgin 200mg broadband available throughout via Wi-Fi. In addition each bedroom has Ethernet and TV ports. The room is also Sky satellite enabled if tenants wish to install their own sky box.

The house has a large sociable open plan kitchen living area, with plenty of space for all housemates to cook and chill out.

A separate dining room table, breakfast bar, leather sofa and chairs.

42” HD Smart TV and Blu-Ray player, connected to the internet. Virgin Media package includes 130+ channels (including 11 HD channels & 10 Sky channels). The TiVo box has 500GB of memory.

The kitchen is well equipped with double oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is an assigned separate cupboard and fridge/freezer space for all housemates. All cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are provided.

The large sunny rear garden has a patio and lawn can be accessed via double doors from the living room, or side access gate. There is a lockable shed, for bicycles and sports equipment storage.

There is garden furniture, a BBQ and clothes line. The property will be maintained on a regular basis by our gardener.

The property is fitted with fire doors, mains linked smoke alarms and heat detectors. All gas and electrical certificates are in place.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, utility bills, communal area TV license, wireless broadband, weekly cleaner for communal areas, a monthly clean of all Ensuites and on-call maintenance man).

Heathrow T5 is only 12 minutes and Staines Town Centre 16 minutes by bus. The location is perfect for working professionals in the local area.

The house is conveniently located; Tesco Extra 10 minutes’ walk. Other local stores/amenities and bus stops 6-8 minutes’ walk. T5 12 minutes on a 441 bus, Hatton Cross bus station and  Piccadilly tube 15 minutes on a 203 bus. Staines Town Centre 16 minutes by bus.

Access to central London is easy by British Rail or Underground. M25 (J13) motorway 3. 7 miles

We interview all our tenants ourselves (we don’t use agents) and take care of selecting each person to make sure the housemates are like-minded, ensuring a happy house.
